Zawady – a village located in the north part of Silesian voivodeship (province) in klobuck’s powiat. (county) From 1 of January 2005 Zawady has the status of gmina (commune) Popow.

Zawady is situated in a wide valley on the Liswarta picturesque river surrounded beautiful pine forests. The bed of the river in many places comes to a steep slope of the valley and ends a flat bank on the opposite side . The Liswarta River makes a lot of meanders and arms of the river flowing around picturesque islands with alder and poplar trees with different river’s and meadow’s flora. This beautiful and charming view makes you to take part in numerous kayaking routs.
